Hal-hal rutin yang kami lakukan di dapur bakery seperti mengeluarkan roti dari oven di saat yang tepat mungkin bagi kebanyakan orang terasa biasa saja.. pernah kebayang gak kalau terlambat 1 menit saja maka nanti anak² di rumah akan mengeluh ke ibu nya kenapa roti yang dibeli rasanya berbeda dari biasanya, pelanggan usaha yang biasa belanja dari dapur kami juga akan mendapatkan keluhan dari tamu mereka, oleh karena itu kami selalu memperhatikan hal-hal rutin walau sekecil apapun dalam proses pembuatan roti kami, tidak dengan menggunakan teknologi canggih modern tapi menggunakan hati dan pengalaman teman-teman kami di bakery
