Happy Saturday Everyone! ? من بعد بوست العيد جتني رسائل وكومنتس هلبا علي خسارة وزني ، شن النظام الي اتبعته وكم المدة وقداش ضعفت وغيره! فحبيت نجاوب علي اكبر كم من الاسألة في البوست هاذا... لو تتفكرو من حوالي عشرة شهور بديت في نظام ال Ketogenic diet وهو عبارة عن نظام غدائي وعلاجي يستعمل مركبات في الجسم اسمهم كيتونات تنتجهم الكبد لما تكسر الدهون الي في الجسم. عادة الجسم يستعمل في الكيتونات كمصدر للطاقة في اوقات الصايم، او لما نستهلكوش كمية كبيرة من الكربوهيدرات في النظام الغذائي متاعنا وهاذا بالضبط الي معتمد عليه نظام الكيتو. الدراسات تقول ان بش الجسم يخش في حالة ال ketosis لازم يحتوي النظام الغذائي متاعنا علي نسب كبيرة من الدهون الصحية، بما يقارب 70-75% تكون موجودة في عدة أطعمة زي الزبدة الحيوانية، السمن، زيت الزيتون، الاجبان الغير مصنعة، الالواز وغيره. في نفس الوقت لازم يكون استهلاك الكربوهيدرات قليل جداً بما يقارب 5% فقط ونقدرو نتحصلو عليها من بعض الخضروات الي تنمو فوق الارض زي الفلفل ، الكوسة ، الباذنجان، بعض الفواكه زي الفراولة والتوت، وغيره. اما ال 20-25% المتبقية فهيا نسبة البروتين المستهلكة في هاذا النظام والي تكون موجود في اللحوم الحمراء والبيضاء والاسماك. كل شخص تكون استجابته مختلفة عند الشخص الأخر ، بمعني الفترة الزمنية وكمية الوزن المفقود تعتمد علي كيمياء جسمك! بالنسبة ليا في خلال عشرة شهور خسرت حوالي 35 كيلو وهاذا كله بدون رياضة بسبب ال Covid-19 والحجر للاسف ? ولكن لأن حاليا قريب نوصل لوزني المثالي ، معدل النزول عندي بدي بطئ جداً ولازم من ممارسة الرياضة بش نوصل للهدف متاعي. نجو لأكثر سؤال جاني كيف نبدأ وكيف نحسب نسب الاكل المناسبة لأحتياجي اليومي؟! انا نستعمل في application او تطبيق اسمه Carb manger استعماله جداً بسيط وساهل ، تكتب طولك ووزنك وهو يحسبلك احتياجك من الدهون والبروتين والكربوهيدرات وأيضاً موجود فيه النسب الموجودة في كل الأكل الموجود في الحياة. يعني مثلا انا نبي نفطر بيضتين مقليات في ملعقة زيت زيتون ، نحط كل عنصر من العناصر بروحه في الجزئية متاع الفطور وهو يحسبلي بالزبط كم استهلكت من احتياجي اليومي وكم مازالي. اهم شي لازم تحافظو علي شرب المياه و المكملات الغذائية زي الماغنيسيوم وال multivitamins بش ما يصيرلكمش اي مضاعفات جانبية. في النهاية حابة نقول ان هاذا كان مجهودي الشخصي بعد دراسة مكثفة عند النظام هاذا ولكن بش تتفادو اي اخطاء ننصح انكم تابعو طبيب حمية غذائية يساعدكم تفهمو احتياج جسمكم اكتر والطريقة الصحية لأتباع نظام الكيتو دايت ❤️
