BLTs, kinda. Minimal cooking in this heatwave (even better I got my son to cook the bacon ?). Not having any lettuce didn’t stop us—we subbed avocado and sweet Maui onions. #sundaybaguette ? We haven’t done this since the pandemic -I’ve been keeping my outings to the markets to a minimum. So today, visited my favorite local French bakery for their organic baguettes (got some croissants and lemon tart, too) and treated us to some fancy cheeses ? My sons were so surprised but of course my son Andre had a complaint: said the cheeses should be spaced 6 feet apart! ??
