I’ve got to know recently that “chickenless eggs” are now one of the fastest developing globally alternative food types. These “eggs not from chickens” are produced from plant proteins copying the taste and shape of the “natural born eggs”. It seems that the question about which came first - the chicken or the egg - soon will be off the table. As for me, I choose the eggs from my hen house ? And what do you think about this alternative food?
