A coach is building their biz momentum, starts getting more clients, and their workload just increases with no end in sight⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ???????? They get booked out and instead of finding ways to work smarter, restructure, and actually SCALE the business, they just work HARDER⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ???????? Working harder DOES do the trick for a while... but burnout and overwhelm starts setting in⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ???????? At the same time, they have given away the ✨freedom and flexibility✨ that motivated them to start in the first place⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ???????? Eventually, they realize that SOMETHING has to change, but they've worked themselves into a corner and it's gonna take a major overhaul⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ LONG STORY SHORT: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So many coaches end up letting their business run THEM instead of the other way around, and they ultimately give up the very REASON they had started in the first place.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✖️ You don't have to choose between the lifestyle and the impact. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✖️ You don't have to choose between the income and the impact.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✖️ You don't have to choose between the ease and the outcome.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ YOU GET TO HAVE IT ALL...
