My First solo trip with Yaz, everyone I encountered was shocked to see a Man travel with a toddler, from the airport attendants, to passengers on our flight. Some ladies wouldn’t stop telling me how impressed they were and how none of their husband would ever have done this. ‘You are such a good father’ that’s literally all I heard till I got back to America. It made me realize how uncommon it is to see men active in their kids lives, so many of us including me grew up without a father and honestly that’s what motivates me to be present in the lives of my children not just by providing, but being in touch with them, leading by example, showing them love, empathy, kindness, respect, and vulnerability. My purpose in life is my family, and I will do anything to put a smile on their faces. Moral of the story. Let’s be better men. I feel like I just wrote an epistle ??‍♂️
