I have experienced excruciating pain in the past, I have done Chemotherapy, Leg amputated, Thyroid removed, delivered two kids through c-section, and broke my hip. COVID 19 is just a speed bump, it will slow me down but it will not stop me. I am really positive and at peace with everything that has happened to me and still happens, because I know it will pass. If you are struggling today with depression, anxiety, suicide or any mental issue, please don’t give up on life, you are strong and worthy of living. Don’t suffer in silence and seek help immediately, there is nothing to be ashamed of. Your mental health is as important if not even more important than your physical health.

While I was staying in London after my accident, I was looking for inspiration, people to look up to, to give me strength. Then, I found Dareen on instagram ? - a cancer survivor and amputee that became a fitness trainer and a life coach. I used to look at her pictures and feel like she's a superwoman. I sent her a message straight away and without a blink she offered her help and support throughout my first phases of this new challenge. We met and she became my personal trainer, my life coach, a friend that can listen and relate to my problems.
