We are SO very excited to welcome our amazing friend, Donai Butler to Heart Space!?✨

Donai has been a licensed bodyworker since 2013. She utilizes the modalities of Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, heated stone and cupping to provide therapeutic release to bodies in need of care.

Donai is also a trauma-informed yoga and meditation instructor that creates safe and sensorial experiences to help destress hearts in need of ease.

She believes the human body is our greatest connection to the divine. It is perfect in all its forms. Donai’s work is to be a reminder of the wholeness that is already within.

She believes that wellness is a birthright. That everyone is entitled to dignity and respect. It is our individual and collective work to scrutinize, unlearn, and reimagine the harmful ideologies of capitalism, patriarchy, white supremacy, imperialism, and colonialism that threaten our ability to build safe and affirming communities of care.

This time of year always has me tapped in with our death cycle, this time of intense contraction before the equinox. The time when it’s essential to stay grounded + centered amidst the chaos of this wild wheel of life. I’m reminded that even in the darkest of the dark, there is always light coming.

What would it feel like, if we surrendered to it all?
Let go of the stress, the expectations, the perfectionism.
Let our nervous systems rest + re-regulate.
Stayed more in our hearts.

Amber aims to treat the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. She specializes in pain relief by combining relaxation and rehabilitation techniques to provide a therapeutic experience for the client.

Amber’s customized sessions offer integrated treatment plans to reduce pain and tension, increase mobility and flexibility, unlock the body’s fascia, and calm the mind.

Amber graduated from Atlanta School of Massage in 2019 with the hopes of providing accessible bodywork and holistic alternatives for healthcare. She hopes to aid clients on their journey to wellness through self care.
