In order to be able to do that I try to make sure I am doing the same for myself. So I spend time with good friends, I enjoy a few cheeky beverages, eat all the delicious food, and try to remain as positive as possible!
We all have our highs and lows. It’s the times when we feel low that we should make an extra effort to do things that we enjoy, and surround ourselves with people who will support and lift you up ?

We’re working on so many exciting things for @biawarriordxb so we have so much to look forward to in the next few weeks. But success only comes through hard work, focus and grind! So my weekends are a precious time to recover and refresh for the next week ahead!

Plus with my recent injury I’ve been out from weight training and haven’t been able to train much in general! Hopefully the next few weeks I’ll be able to pick up some weights, work on my strength, and work towards making some gains back again ?
