SAVE THIS FOR LATER AND TRY 
-Two  different ways to do cardio. With or without any equipment Or combination of both. You will get great results from both ways But once you add weight to a weightless exercise you get more benefits from it. 

For example if you add weight to jog in place, you start working on your biceps, your calves and even core 40% more than without them.  Same goes for skipping with weights. You will get more calves, core strength, shoulders, back and more just by adding the weight. Plus you will also burn a lot of calories because you will have to use a lot more energy to life the weight whiles jumping around. 
It doesn’t mean if you don’t do cardio with weight you won’t see result. You will still get awesome results.  You will still burn fat and tone assuming you are eating right.

I like adding weight weights because it keeps my body tight and firm. So if I’m losing weight i won’t look like a sick person or have some type of lose skin or soft ass core lol. That’s why weight training is important as well as body weight because you don’t want to look like you sick when you start losing weight.

Do each exercise 30 seconds fast and crazy as u can. Then, Rest 10 seconds and go to next one till the end and  then repeat it again.  Or 30 seconds without weight then rest 10 second then do same exercise with weight and then 10 seconds till the end and repeat it 2 or 3 times. You can get 20 to 30 min full body workout. Because this workout target your full body. Upper body, lower body , abs and back.
