Low incline DB press (I feel it more on my upper chest on this incline) 
4 working sets / 10-12 reps per set.

Decline press (Drop sets every set) 
12-15 reps DROP 12-15 reps. 
4 working sets.

Cable fly - 10 x pump focused reps (to push as much blood into the chest as possible) followed by 10 x controlled reps focussing on maximum contraction / squeeze. 
4 working sets.

Single arm tricep extension (underhand grip) 4 working sets / 10-15 reps per set.

Quality over quantity will always remain a priority in an offseason for me. ????

Each to their own, but personally I don’t feel it’s necessary to get out of shape just to build muscle. Right now I’m not really fixated on a scale weight at all, I’m just keeping an eye on how I look & feel in myself, staying consistent with my training & nutrition and most of all just enjoying life and making the most of the flexibility in offseason.
