Ok REAL TALK! How many times have you set a New Year’s resolution each year, but never truly completed it? Do you know why you stopped? 

I always get asked around the new year what my resolution are and to be honest as far back as I can remember I have never set a specific New year goal. Why? Because I don’t wait for the new year ???? I see the whole year as a chance to set a goal and to work towards achieving it. 

Most of what we try achieve in life, eventually becomes our lifestyle. 

Some habits are harder to break then others.

Some goals take longer to achieve then others.

Some new habits are easier to form then others.

Some changes take baby steps, trial and error, failing and learning from these failures to get us closer to where we want to be.

What do all of these have in common, consistency!!! 

Setting realistic goals you can see yourself doing long term. 

And most importantly, if you fail, DON’T GIVE UP, because you feel you ruined it. 

PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT Off.

If you FALL, don’t start over. 

PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF. 

There is NO RIGHT TIME to start, every TIME IS THE RIGHT TIME TO START.

When you can adapt this mentality and practice this daily. It will get easier and you will be closer to where you want to be ❤️

TRANSFORMATIONS ???? from my recent Barbells & Babes Challenge! I wish I could share more then 10 photos! 

What I love about these transformations is there are so many different body types and ladies from different paths all working towards the same goals. To feel good and look good! I MEAN LOOK AT THE CONFIDENCE BOOST IN THEIR AFTER PHOTOS ???? 

This was 6 weeks, mixture of a strength training and HIIT workouts (gym and home option). None restrictive, DELICIOUS meal plan!
