Progress looks different on everyone ???????? If you see someone showing their progress or gym transformation, that their time and effort in the gym paid off and it shows. 

But remember some people got those results in a year or few years, it’s all from all of those results came from hard work and dedication, no matter how long it took them! 

We all build muscle differently. 
We all lose weight differently. 

Genetically we are all made differently so the important thing is, we are all working to better ourselves.

Tracking on the app for weight gain is harder than I thought it would be, I was focusing too much if I eat enough protein, but some days I don’t hit my protein intake but as long as I’m fuelling myself.

Food is food, instead of worrying if I ate enough protein every day, just make sure I eat what I bought each week. Some days I may eat half as much, other twice as much. Some days I might snack all day, while other days I eat enough protein at breakfast.

So it’s just a beginning, to get better at it every week, and living life at the present, enjoying my pizza very much.

February will be my new focus of building some strong foundation to be in surplus. I want to be strong to lift and I want to make sure that I eat properly.

I’ve been always lifting heavy, eat balanced but never really tracked my nutrition, so I don’t know how much enough protein that I’ve eaten so I want to be able to lift heavy with all the right fuel. 

I want to push myself further because I feel I have so much to give…I’m pretty excited (bit nervous) to see where it will leads me to…so here is my original check in!

So we are aware it’s Monday today.. I’m not doing any training, does it mean I don’t start my week right? Have I failed already??

No I’m doing it right, stop worrying about ‘Monday hustle’ one Monday we’ll pick ourselves up and move forward and one Monday we can move at slower pace. 

It’s ok.

I know we want to feel strong, I know we want to feel good, I know we need to move for our mindset but we can’t do that without rest days.
