AD Would you spend 2.5 hours on a stairmaster for 8,500 ft though? ???? @itv @itvxofficial  You know me and my challenges, so after watching The Summit on @itvxofficial, I wanted to experience what it actually feels like. So I created my own version. 8,500 ft of elevation.(13,000 steps) No mountain. No views. Just a stairmaster, mental strength, and resilience.. About 20 minutes in, I genuinely thought: how am I going to finish this?! 2.5 hours later… it tested me way more than I expected!  Safe to say, I’ll never look at the stairmaster the same way again… Tune in to watch The Summit on #ITV & #ITVX now!  #TheSummit #ITVInsider

It’s time to reveal… ❤️ I finally found the love of my life, after 9 years, I’ve found someone who actually shows up… Comforts me. Carries me through long runs. Never complains about mileage. You’re beautiful Cloudsurfer Max x (Link in stories!!!) @on #running #marathon #marathontraining #dreamon

I haven’t said this out loud yet… I’m running London again but with @londonmarathon Disability Team!! A space where access matters, representation matters. Where athletes across a range of disability are given visibility and proper support on race day. Also this year, seeing more Deaf runners step onto that start line means even more, I’m so excited for those running it for the first time.. This year, I’m running differently. I’m not chasing a clock but I’ll be running with intention, mindset and having fun along the way! Running taught me resilience, now I run with perspective. See you on that start line, London!! #londonmarathontraining #marathon #accessability #breakingbarriers @zoegriffinphoto

I didn’t plan a PB… I ran for something bigger! @signhealth ???? 46.5km - the longest run of my life!! It gets me emotional, Unplanned. Unfiltered and somehow, a marathon PB along the way! This run wasn’t about pace or proving anything. It was for SignHealth - a charity that supports deaf people with access to healthcare, mental health support, and life-saving services. As a deaf athlete, this one hit deep. Some runs change your legs and this one changed my heart. If you’re able to support, even £1 makes a difference. ???? Donation link in bio / stories, it’s not long left to my first 50km and 80km in upcoming weeks… Thank you for being part of this with me. #ultratraining #marathon #running

Some weekends are long runs, some weekends are rest, coffee, a LOT of pastries ..and a reset ???? In ultra training, progress doesn’t come from stacking hard weeks back to back even if it looks that way. It comes from recovering well enough to show up again - strong, fuelled and injury-free (amen!) Recovery isn’t a day off. It’s where the adaptation if you want to run long-term (especially ultras), learning when to slow down matters just as much as learning how to push. Still learning, still trusting the process and honestly enjoying recovery this weekend! Edinburgh, you’ve been lovely. #activerecovery #ultratrailrunning #running #restdays

I didn’t have a choice but to do this run today 35km complete!! It was the longest run of my training block this year, and because I’m away at the weekend, it had to happen midweek. No swapping days, no waiting for better conditions. I woke up, checked the weather…so off-putting. The kind that makes you want to roll back over and skip it.. But marathon season isn’t about aesthetic runs or perfect timing. It’s adjusting your life around training and showing up anyway. 35 km. Wet, heavy, not glamorous but done! Fuel really mattered today.- felt strong from start to finish (used @precisionfandh) loved it! I’m running to support @signhealth - a Deaf mental health charity. That’s what makes the hard runs worth it. #marathontraining #ultra #running #deafcommunity #marathon @salomon @salomonrunning

It’s rare for me to post bare-faced…but this is real life! Messy, dehydrated to glowing in seconds - honestly amazing! ???? Hard training, lots of sweating, sauna sessions, and letting my skin breathe this week. Just trying to take care of my skin after workouts too.. Honestly, I definitely recommend this post-workout - the Facial Meltdown Recovery Cream from Kiehl’s is INCREDIBLE (up to 97% hydration though!) @kiehlsuki @lorealparis #skincare #perfomance #postworkout #bsl gifted

From now on, I’m going to help instructors learn basic British Sign Language so fitness spaces feel more inclusive for everyone. Because accessibility starts with awareness ???????? Learning just a handful of signs can go a long way. It breaks down barriers, builds confidence on both sides, and makes fitness spaces feel more welcoming and inclusive not just for me, but for so many others too. This matters even more in environments like treadmill classes. Dark rooms, loud music, fast transitions mean lip-reading isn’t always possible. A quick sign for speed up, slow down, or rest can be the difference between feeling lost and feeling included. I’m here to train, yes but I’m also here to keep reminding the fitness industry that inclusion doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s just one sign, one conversation, one instructor at a time. Accessibility benefits everyone. Always! PR event. Grateful to @kiehlsuki @lorealparis for creating a space where I felt comfortable and included. #accessability #breakingbarriers #awareness #britishsignlanguage #fitness

Some days I doubt myself.. Most days I just show up and trust the work. 7 weeks to my first 50km my practice race. @runthroughuk @runthroughtrails 13 weeks to my first 80km ultra Then a marathon to finish it all. I’m learning as I go, building something bigger than just finish lines - consistency, resilience, and belief in myself. It won’t be easy, and I won’t be doing it alone…but it will be worth it. #ultra #ultratrailrunning #marathon #running #deafcommunity
