Another #fridayfun who did it best featuring a very flexible otter ?

This is a very advanced back bend that works:
- your core strength
- Stretches your throat
- Improves your balance

And also hurts if you end up face planting the floor... Like I did many many times when I practiced.

Still have a long way to go before I can look like a have a snakes spine, but for now I'm happy to be comparable to an otter (even though they are more flexible ?)
