How it started..... how it going!!
187 lbs >> 157 (lowest) >> 165 happier and stronger ????????

I started my fitness journey when I was at a low point in my life. I was unhappy with how I looked and felt, I didn’t realize my weight gain until I saw pictures/ videos of myself and realized how overweight I was.

After my 30 lb weight loss, I found myself afraid of carbs, trying to eat under 1300 calories (I know, crazy) while I was burning about 800-1000 calories a workout. My relationship with the scale and food became very unhealthy as I found myself obsessing over how much weight I was losing and how many calories i was eating. I lost my butt and overall lost muscle. I was slightly unhappy with my weight loss- I was weak and “skinny” but not happy.

Fast forward to now, I am 163-165 lbs, I am stronger than ever, and I am able to enjoy the foods I love (I don’t really track calories but I know I eat around 1900-2200) I realized that i needed to eat more to achieve the goals I wanted, which was strong legs, strong arms, and increased stamina. I can finally say I am happy with my body and the direction it is going.

This fitness journey was not easy, but it’s definitely rewarding and I can’t wait to see what my progress will be like in the next few months!

I started my fitness journey when I was at a low point in my life. I was unhappy with how I looked and felt, I didn’t realize my weight gain until I saw pictures/ videos of myself and realized how overweight I was.
