Reposting this one because I just spent the whole day sitting at the computer upgrading @omlifecoaching programs and my back is ?.

I heard somewhere that sitting is the new smoking…now I don’t smoke, but I will say that nothing hurts my back more than sitting too much. Unfortunately, this is the downside of owning an online biz: you gotta be on computer and phone! The up side? You can do it anywhere and set your own schedule.

So to all you out there building your online biz or working at a desk all day, take a few minutes, swipe left to stretch it out, feel better, and treat yourself!

This month I learned two very important lessons:

1. You don’t need to PROVE anything to anyone, not even yourself. Understand that you are and already have enough.

2. You don’t have to rush or operate at 100% all the time. When you feel that fire, let it fuel and drive you, but when you find yourself losing purpose, slow down…Take time to ground, reflect, redefine your OWN path and figure out what you need.

My personality tends to be driven, so honestly it wasn’t easy absorbing these learnings, but its led to feeling more grounded, settled, and content than ever.

When I look at the relationships and friendships in my life, I'm honestly amazed at how some of them came to be…

For example I met @adele.ouyang as a student of @omlifecoaching but guess what? We were apparently neighbors when she lived in my building! And now…she’s a part of my team ??

And I met @derosanm in a car accident ?? (totally my fault too ?) AND guess what? Turned out we both taught movement - she was on her way to Zumba, I was on mine to yoga! Talk about a negative turned positive!

Just goes to show the universe works in miraculous ways and you never know who you'll meet. It's one of the reasons I love meeting new people! I'm just like: tell me everything ?
