I am grateful for everything that has come in my journey. The practice has helped me so much that is an honour to be able to help others go through their path. That’s why @milesmortensenyoga and I have joined forces to bring you an Inversion Immersion 50-HR training 5th - 7th & 27th November.
In this training we will give you all the tools to master your inversions practice. From headstand and pincha, to handstand, to press, and transitioning into arm balances from your inversions. If you are just getting started in your inversion practice, this is a great way to build a strong foundation. If you are already comfortable in inversions, we will help you develop into more advanced positions and transitions.

Just as in our bodies, sometimes we get entangled in our own minds, we find ourselves stuck, not knowing how to move forward…
