Not many places where i generally want to spend most my time in. I’m a wonderer, a free spirit and someone who can’t really stay in one place for a long time.. until i found @bxrlondon @sweatbybxr..

I started going as client 4 years ago.. i was working as a trainer in other gyms but I kept on coming back to BXR.. something was telling me this was my place and these were my people.

Two years and a bit ago i took on the role as front of house manager in Canary Wharf and still loving it day in and day out. Building a community! A family….

Fast forward. Lockdown hit and as a team we got together to keep the family afloat. In the gym starting to go into different roles around brands, marketing, events and social media stuff etc.

I’m so excited for what’s to come in the next few years for the BXR family because I feel as a team we are going to keep growing and building!

And i am excited to step into my new role full time to learn. Grow and give my ????
