Confession time I don’t aways vibe much with jam doughnuts and squeeze out most of the inside...I also add the thinnest layer of jam to toast etc. So maybe I’m just anti jam (AND MOST DEFINITELY ANTI PINEAPPLE ON PIZZA please understand the violence in my tone) but Sean @coughlansbakery my dear friend I kept most of the jam in and my tastebuds throughly enjoyed this here doughnut. It was so freaking fresh I cannot explain the joy of of the cooked crisp but not crispy fried outta edge against the soft pillowy cloud filled love bun then the cascading fruity jam followed by the most undignified splodge of rich sweet custard munched alongside an expresso MUCH JOY!

Anyways now going on a house clean fuelled in part by @notdrtamara ????? (oi I should have kept the Homer onesie on whilst eating this)!
