As I am about to take my second dose of the vaccine, I just wanted to say what’s on my mind.

This pandemic took everything and then some more! It all felt/feels like one long cloud of sadness that no one can ever overlook. Yet here we are, with our hearts burning for everyone including our own kindred spirits that had so many dreams that had to stay on pause, some even completely scratched.

For better or worst it happened...we have to remember where we are. The only thing we can do is move forward. Learn that we all belong to same ecosystem that’s fragile at best....I struggle to peace my thoughts because what happened wasn’t even in my wildest expectations. All I can say is, please be kinder to everyone around you. Come soft. Come pure. Come humble.

Thank you to all the first responders, first reporters, all media professionals including my parents who never took a day off in any of the lockdowns to keep this nation holding on to a little bit of sanity. Most and foremost, thank you to the UAE for providing the vaccine for all of us in a seamless way. Truly thankful.
