MEDITATE WITH ME • I am so, so excited to be offering another month of daily meditations in January, this time through a private Instagram page @thecollectivemeditations. You must sign up through the link in my bio to join in - and this month is a donation-based offering as it is important to me to keep these very accessible to all! 10% of the money that comes in will be donated back out to 4 different charities, and you choose your cause upon registration. ⚡️ The private Instagram page will allow us a space to really build the community over the course of the month, and I’ll also be available for live Q+A’s, will be sharing journaling prompts, etc. All of the meditations will be saved to the feed so you can revisit them as much as you’d like throughout the month! If you’ve got questions, share them below or send me a message! You can also gift this month of meditation to a friend for the holidays. ? Can’t wait to sit with you!

I heard someone say that nature is not always continually improving upon itself. It goes through phases of destruction + rebuild. And you, my human friend, are a fractile of the whole. Meaning you are an expression of nature, and you are also subject to these cycles of breaking down and rebuilding. As this year comes to an end, a year that feels like it has been subject to a massive pulling apart of everything we knew to be true, I wonder what the rebuild will look like. We won’t wake up on January 1 to a whole new world - but truthfully I wouldn’t want it to be. Because the beauty will be in what, and how, we choose to rebuild. It will be in honoring what is now + letting go of what “should be.” Because we have to let go of the idea that things could have been different than exactly how they are now. I think the coming year will include both grief and celebration. And the hope is that what we build from here will be better than anything that could’ve come if we didn’t know the destruction that took place first. ✨

I spent a good chunk of today looking through photos from a year ago - thinking I’d find one from my time in Bali to make this announcement post. It only made me realize how much I’ve grown in this past year and how ready I am for what is next! I am proud of the person I am becoming along this wild and crazy ride, and it has taken every little step along the way to land me here - announcing my biggest offering yet. • On April 1, I’ll be launching a membership program where you can practice yoga and meditation with me every week. I’ll share the details over the next month, but know that with this comes the launch of Quarterly Yoga Retreats (yep, 4x per year!) as well as my first 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. Members of the online subscription will get first dibs at the limited spots available before they open up to the public - and all retreats, courses and products (?candles anyone?) will have a reduced membership cost. I’ve added a link in my bio where you can join the waitlist (somehow there are already over 200 of my YouTube fam in there from yesterday’s upload!). Stay tuned for aallll the details to come + know that announcing this next iteration also comes with an immense amount of gratitude for this community who is making any of this possible at all. If you’re reading this, that’s you ? Thank you. I love you. LET’S DO THIS!
