Many think that having a Personal Stylist is for the rich and famous or that it is unaffordable. Bringing in my Sales background, you really have to look at value vs. cost. I want to share a few points on how a Personal stylist can help you and the value you'll receive from your investment.

Cost- Let's get this one out of the way! Yes, there is an up front investment in Personal Styling services, however there is also a solid return on that investment. On average women spend about $4000 on clothing per year. We only wear about 20%, repeating the same pieces over and over, so our hard-earned dollars are hanging in our closets not being worn. If we add in the amount of ill-fitting and trendy pieces or pieces that just don't work for us or our current wardrobe, that is even more waste. A stylist will guide you away from these mistakes.

Education- You will learn how to dress and shop for your body shape, and we'll discuss why a piece works or doesn't work for you. What looks great on a mannequin or your girlfriend may not look the same on you. We have to consider the shape of our bodies, and dress our bodies accordingly.

Outfits- I focus on building a versatile wardrobe for my clients. We will build outfits within functional modules, not just buy pieces. This way you always know what to wear and have options for getting ready in the mornings.
Seasonal updates- Clients love receiving their seasonal updates without wasting time on their own from store to store

Confidence- You will have the tools to dress confidently for the life you want to lead. When you look good you feel good and this feeling shouldn’t be reserved for special occasions. How do you feel when you see yellow color?

Yellow is the color of happiness, and optimism, of enlightenment and creativity and sunshine! ( I actually don’t see a lot of people wearing yellow these days, including me…gotta change that lol)

Sometimes it makes you feel happy, sometimes it makes you feel hungry.
Funny enough it was proven that this color makes us hungry, that’s why that cheese in ad on tv looks so good haha
But on the other hand if you look at lemons, it will instantly make you think of freshness…
And that’s also because of the different shades of this color, crazy right? So it’s not just color but also how saturated or bright and how warm it is!

At this moment in my life I value freedom and comfort. Maybe it’s me turning 30 this year so I start appreciating different aspects of life, but I no longer care of what people think of me, I prioritize things that bring joy to me and my family. Yes I do love beautiful materialistic things, but that’s because I appreciate aesthetic of it, and not trying to show off to others. BOY MAMMA STRUGGLE

Have you ever thought that boys clothes are not as fun as girls? Or that girls department is so so much larger than the boys ?
I used to struggle to try to choose right stuff for my son! Usually all you see in the stores is :
A. Cheap looking
B. Super expensive
C. Looks like they are going to the gym
D. Going to play golf

So here are some of my solutions and tips that I have ( applicable for girls as well) :

1. Go online and research what you like! There are so many platforms: Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube etc.

2. Dress your kids accordingly to your outfit, sounds cheesy but why not? YOLO ? I mean you don’t have to wear same tshirt! That’s already last century, cute but not really in trend ( in my opinion, if you have it and love it please enjoy it!!), but for us for example If I wear forest green relaxed linen, I might add that color to my sons outfit or will dress him in the same fabric outfit aka relaxed linen

3. Different places require different attire. Know where you are going, please don’t make your toddler wear pjs with Spider-Man in the restaurant or someone’s birthday. I understand it’s cute and comfy, but there are other options that are also cute and comfy! Leave pjs for the home attire plus it’s not really that hygienic

4. Create capsule wardrobe. THIS! So so helpful, in that kind of wardrobe every piece goes together! you won’t ever get a problem of “ oh no this shirt is in the wash so he can’t wear these pants” and wasting your money on “outfits”, I mean unless you want to cause little clothes are so freaking cute ha ha ha
