For the past 3 months (134 days) I’ve been trying Red Light Therapy (both red light & infra red) doing 20-30 minutes daily on a variety of body parts ?. 

So what do I have to report.... absolutely nothing. I quite liked the warmth that radiated to my skin (especially before heading out to teach in the cold) but I could find no benefits to my mood, sleep, HRV, recovery & training performance. That doesn’t mean it won’t have value for you. I’m just telling you my truth. You win some, you lose some.
