I wasn’t competing at the time so my focus was on having a much more balanced lifestyle instead. I ate what I wanted within reason and moderation.

People ask me is it hard to have or maintain a set of abs? My response is/ was simply this, ‘EVERYONE has abs’ . It’s your food choices and training schedules that depict whether your abs are visible or not.

I boxed for a number of years. I loved fighting but more importantly I loved the process of training, dieting and making weight.
