Hi there I in no way want to take away from the movement and everything going on right now, but I’d like to say cheers to the final season of 13 Reasons Why. I know there are a lot of opinions about this show, but I have learned so much from working on this production the last two years. I’ll never forget the memories with the incredibly talented people I’ve met, and the friendships that will last; the long hours where we all go deliriously crazy together, and the fun things we got to relive like graduation and prom. I started with little knowledge of the film industry and because of this show, I’ve learned how a real production works; I got to be a production assistant this season in helping make the magic happen, and I’ve gained guidance from other actors into how to make it in this industry. This show has truly changed my life, and I’m so excited to continue to learn more and more about film. ❤️ #13reasonswhy #13rw #13reasonswhyseason4

The past few days, I’ve been feeling so helpless from everything I’ve been seeing. Now imagine feeling that way every day of your life. I can’t even begin to imagine the fear that black people must go through when they live in a system that was “supposed” to protect their lives, endanger them, and kill them. “All lives matter” is a comment that is not valid. It will NEVER be valid UNTIL you can include black people in that. And as of right now, this country has a LONG history of not protecting black lives. So cut the bullshit and help shine the light on the #blacklivesmatter movement. Right now, they need to MATTER. It’s not a matter of race, but as HUMANS, we must all feel the need to protect each other. Stand with our brothers and sisters. Stand against an unjust system. Stand for those that have been violently mistreated. This has all been a long time coming, this country has the blood of innocent black lives on its hands. So please, take this time to show empathy and compassion and support the black community. There will be a link in my bio for you to check out if you would like to help out in any way, even if you don’t have money to donate, there is still much you can still do. If you are out there protesting please, please protect yourselves. I’ve attached some things that are happening around the country right now that are absolutely sickening, and a video that’s shown some of the black violence in our history.
