When in Wales! Wasn't gonna cook this weekend, as I'm meant to be relaxing... But this is how I relax and can't help myself. Welsh lamb patty melt cooked up on the @ozpiguk in my trusty @madogoutdoors pan (I always knew I'd end up cooking). . Really bad, but really really fucking good... Welsh lamb smash patty, Baron bigod and Isle of mull cheddar with @wildbeerco onions and a mint, cornichon, parsley, chilli & salted caramel dressing thingy I had to make with what I had, up on sourdough fried in the endless fat from everything. Beautiful scenes here @trelan_farm making it taste even sweeter. Signing off now, have a wicked Bank Holiday monners! X

Posh as fuck kebabs courtesy of @_thehungryguy who dropped me his 'at home' kebab kit yesterday, perfect timing as I had a day's drinking planned at the Fort with @doughandoil and needed some quick easy scran to come back to. Got home and within 20 minutes I'd knocked up these beauties ?. Beef shortrib and lamb kebabs with all homemade sauces and trimmings triple cooked (oven) chips! So much love has gone into this little package of deliciousness, with no detail ignored. Literally 10x better than any shop bought kebab and super easy to construct, even after 8 beers.
