Happy Tuesday ?

EVERYONE!! Please do not neglect your upper body!! If you want them toned arms and that slim waist you have to work for it ??

I train my upper body 3x a week! Somedays low weight high rep and on others I like to test my strength and use heavy weight! Although you can’t tell yourself where to lose weight at, you can build muscle! Remember consistency is key! It takes more than 2 weeks of bicep curls to tone your arms✨

Here are some of the exercises I completed today:
1️⃣ Bent Over Rows
2️⃣ DB Chest Press
3️⃣ Seated Shoulder Press
4️⃣ Seated Lateral Raises
5️⃣ Narrow Pull Ups
6️⃣ Sprints

Since I usually don’t sweat on my upper body days I love to finish off with sprints to add a little HIIT! I complete 10 30 second sprints with a 30 second rest in between!

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY ?

I’m here to say consistency is definitely key. It’s not what you do one weekend or one week, or one bad month, but overall the whole 365 days. I can honestly say I have had months where Ive gained weight, lost one pound, gained five in a weekend but that never changed my mindset of what I envisioned for myself and my body ✨ 
The journey is definitely a journey, it’s a process, it’s a lifestyle change. One bad day doesn’t make you a failure, what makes you a failure is quitting and giving up because of one bad day or weekend. You have too mentally be in it for the long haul, it’s more emotional and mental than it is physical. ✨
Once your’e able to change your mind you can change your body. No more excuses, let’s put in the work to get the body you want. Like I always say If I CAN YOU CAN. It may not happen tomorrow but consistency will definitely get you there.

What are your goals for this month? I know sometimes life gets hard, sometimes you’re emotionally drained but there is nothing God won’t give you the strength to do! Trust in the main upstairs!

My goals for this month:
✨Continue to grow spiritually

With that being said to start your month off strong hit this full body HIIT cardio workout??
