A Monday night staple: put(tanesca) this all in a dish and let the stove top do the rest.

Chicken puttanesca:
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup green olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup capers
- Salt and pepper
- Jar of marinara sauce
- Chicken

Dice onions and heat on stove top with oil (I used avocado oil). Sauté until fragrant and translucent. Add minced garlic, olives, capers, mushrooms, salt, pepper. Saute until mushrooms are browned. Add jar of marinara sauce in chicken and cover. Let boil ~10 minutes on one side, and then flip chicken. Boil for another 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked throughout. Serve over pasta (chickpea pasta used here), and top with parsley. #twistoflemons
