So I decided yesterday that I was only going to post about this topic on my stories, as I didn’t think these idiots deserved a permanent space on my grid ?? HOWEVER, I’ve woken up this morning in a fresh head and realised that it’s actually quite an important issue that needs to be given the right kind of attention.

Yesterday I went for a lush little sea dip with the amazing @bossyoursalon and while we were running into the sea we noticed someone taking photos (not unusual on a stunning beach), when we were getting out he said he was from a wee local paper which we thought was kind of canny!

About an hour later our photo popped up on the Daily Mail, and the comments came rolling in ?

There are a few things to mention here:
• It is not okay to bully people AT ALL.
• It is not okay to make comments on people’s weight or appearance, regardless of your opinion.
• It is not okay if you read the Daily Mail and dedicate time to commenting on their articles, BEHAVE.

Myself and Maddi are in the fortunate position of being confident with our bodies, and quite frankly far too busy enjoying life to give a fuck. But just think if this was someone already struggling.

I’m not expecting this behaviour to stop because, it won’t. But I do hope that in the near future these companies will take responsibility and put measures in place to moderate the abuse that they happily host on their platforms.

Also, if anyone wants to take a chilly dip in the sea I would highly recommend it. Just be sure to take a hot water bottle and some eggs to throw at dick heads ✌??

@dailymail poor effort on your part, it’s time to take accountability and be responsible for the affect your platform has on mental health.
