Before I could use AI to help me move forward, I had to get honest with myself. There was one question I needed to answer before anything else: What’s a dream you’ve been too afraid to say out loud? And the follow-up… What’s stopping you from pursuing it? I’ll go first. When I started writing this book—about seven months ago—my answer to the first question was: I want to create handmade art. Watercolors. Embroidery. Needle felting. All of it. The answer to the second question? Fear. Fear that I’d look ridiculous going from a successful journalism career to crafting things at home.
