Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there! I was raised by such a great Christian mom, and now that I have 2 kids of my own, I have no idea how she raised 12 kids! Now I’m so blessed to have the same kind of mom to raise my kids, but not 12. ?

For the first time yesterday on Memorial Day, I gave the Murph workout a try. Let me tell you, doing an hour and a half chest workout right before this wasn’t a good idea! This was definitely something outside my comfort zone. Murph workout ? 1 mile run 100 pull-ups 200 push-ups 1 mile run I can’t remember the last time I ran for a mile for time or did this many pull-ups and push-ups in 1 workout. Now, I know you’re not supposed to do the running on a treadmill, but I’m getting over a foot injury and didn’t think it was too smart to run on rocky gravel right now. My time was right under 46 minutes, which isn’t impressive, but for never doing this before and having to set up a tripod and film each shot I thought it was okay. Sipping on my Amino Build by @muscletech was a must after doing two workouts back to back. It can kickstart the recovery process and help with endurance, which I needed! Shorts by @zivi
