It’s 2026 and I am sitting in the airport after having just finished giving another Agatsu Kettlebell instructor certification at the @academyoflions in Toronto. I cant believe I started all of this back over 25 years ago when I was the first to introduce kettlebells in Canada. So many courses, so many years. Most people are destroying their wrists holding kettlebells like this. And they don’t even know it. Your wrist isn’t supposed to be crushed under the handle. If the kettlebell is sitting straight across your palm, you’re putting unnecessary pressure into the joint — and that adds up fast. The fix? Position the handle at roughly a 45° angle so it sits diagonally across the hand. Simple adjustment. Massive difference. Most people in your gym are doing this wrong. ????
