Haven’t trained anyone in almost 10 years but somehow I’ve landed my toughest client yet.
At 33 weeks pregnant, @kimmitiger shows up with more determination than anyone I’ve ever seen.
Training her during pregnancy isn’t about pushing limits or chasing numbers. It’s about moving with intention, staying strong, and proving to ourselves that discipline and consistency carry over into every season of life ????
