The feminine urge to lift as much as the guys ????????

73

Three months ago, my world just... stopped. An unexpected break, surgery, and a lot of pain. Honestly, I thought my life was on pause, waiting for the “real” me to come back. But I’m learning that sometimes the biggest setbacks are actually the start of something new. It really just started with a choice: to stop feeling sorry for myself and focus on what I could actually control which was my recovery. One small, frustrating moment at a time. It’s been a process of adapting, for sure, and finding a type of strength I didn’t even know I had. If you’re going through it right now, just know this isn’t the end of your story. It might just be the start of a new chapter.

If fat loss feels confusing, it’s not because you’re lazy or unmotivated.
It’s usually because you don’t have a clear plan. This is the exact framework I’d follow if I had to lose 14kg again, built around consistency, structure, and real life. In my 1:1 Online Coaching, I help you:
• Eat in a way that supports fat loss without restriction
• Train with purpose instead of guessing
• Stay accountable when motivation dips ???? DM me “PLAN” and I’ll tell you if coaching is right for you????????

Harsh truths about dieting ????????‍♀️ Fat loss isn’t meant to be easy all of the time.
With any goal, there are challenges like feeling less motivated, feeling a bit hungry and progress feeling slower than you’d like. That doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re doing something that actually requires change. I’ve faced all of these myself, and the difference was having a strong why behind what I was doing something bigger than just the scale. When it feels hard, remind yourself why you started.
The confidence, the results, the feeling of being proud of yourself will always outweigh the temporary discomfort. Save this for the days you need a reminder ????
And if you want help doing this properly, my DMs are always open

How to actually grow your glutes ???? Not from random workouts. Not from changing your plan every 2 weeks. And not from doing 100 banded kickbacks. Glutes grow when you: • Lift heavy 2–3x per week • Train them through all angles • Eat enough (especially protein) • Stick to the same plan long enough • Focus on getting stronger over time It’s not complicated but it does require consistency. Save this if glute growth is your goal ????
