Benji’s face! ?♥️ We are incredibly grateful to our friend @michelleketani for letting us have their tickets to see Santa at his grotto @hallhillfarm, it made it all the more special as there are so few events on this year... I thought Benji would say ‘go home’ when he saw Santa (that’s usually what he says to get out of a situation ?) but he absolutely loved meeting the big man (as did Emilia) and it was great to see Santa had come up with the genius idea of zip wiring their presents to them. ??#socialdistancesanta

I think she likes the outdoor lights ♥️ I especially love the fabric picture of the tree, which happened to fit our big landing window bang on! ?? They sold out really quickly so was lucky to get hold of one! ♥️ Oh and the Nordmann Fir was a bargain at £15 for 4ft ?

Happy December ???? On our door is a little mistletoe wreath I bought for £8.99 @therangeuk and popped a length of velvet burgundy ribbon I bought @ebay. Later on stories I’ll show some of our decorations, as I’ve had a few questions about where our items are from... especially my @poundland star lights! ?

Last weekend the kids and I did a bit of foraging in the nearby woods for ‘Christmas Treasure’. We came home with holly, fir branches and ivy... I didn’t think the ivy bit through as it only lasted a day, but here’s what we came up with for the rest (swipe to see, oh and don’t worry, the candle is LED ??). Console table recently repainted in Farrow and Ball Pointing Walls ~ @farrowandball French Gray and Slipper Satin A great tip is to visit the F&B website, click on a colour you like, scroll down and it shows lovely complementary and contrast colours to go with your selection. I found it really helpful as I struggle to team paint colours ??♀️?
