This might be the lamest post ever, but two years ago I was scheduled for a tummy tuck (but didn’t go through with it). After babies, I felt hopeless about the way my tummy looked and never dared to show it. Instead of thanking it for all it has done for me, I hated it and my inner voice reflected that.

Studying and working on mental health has shown me many things, one BIG one being how interconnected our body and minds are. I do not diet or weigh myself, but I have discovered the importance of movement, the quality and energy of what I put in my body, AND how my inner voice speaks to it! By no means am I perfect at it ????, but recognizing this connection and HONORING my body/mind has made the biggest difference! ❤️
