???? Post workout 43yo me & two of my favourite birthday cakes, blueberry cheesecake & the exotic fruit chiffon! Yeah, it hasn't been a great year for me this year. I lost a lot of weight, got sick more than a few times, and I didn't go out much. But I'm feeling more optimistic about turning 43 and things are looking up. I'm already regaining my weight and feeling a whole lot better, and I hope to see more of you in the coming year. Here's hoping being 43 and the new 2024 will be a good one!
