It’s been a hot minute since I’ve shared some of my progress pictures so let’s go down the memory lane for a sec???? Also know that yes even as confident as you see me in these stages, I feel a little vulnerable sharing these but hey I loved every stage because they are the reason I am here today!!I’ve never been afraid to show you guys all the stages because they are me! The first picture does bring lots of memories and it sticks out to me simply because I remember exactly how I was feeling .. it was my first workout after having baby #4 and I was excited, anxious and I remember thinking to myself It’s going to take a long time for me to be where I want to be, am I even going to get there? I’m telling you it takes discipline, and lots of it along with the work and not just in the gym but outside of the gym and mentally as well. It’s easy to see and say ‘oh must be nice be fit’ ‘you’re just blessed’ lucky’ but it’s all work. These past 3 years my body has made some incredible changes and I am so so proud of where I am today, no one can take away from me all the work I’ve done. Every single day I show up for myself even if I don’t want to, that’s discipline. I have bad days too though don’t think that my days are perfect. I have shitty workouts but they get done, sometimes I don’t sleep enough, sometimes I feel weaker than other times.. all the things that happen to you, happen to me I am no different than you!! Posting these really make reflect that’s I’ve come a long way and even though I’m hard on myself, I keep raising the bar higher and higher I do have to remind myself that I am not the same as 3 years ago in every aspect and I love that! I want you to know that whatever you put your mind to you can achieve. Whatever it is, whether is fitness related or not fitness related. You have control, you can make shit happen. No one will do it for you! You want to change the way you feel? It starts with you. You want to change the way you look? It starts with you… EVERYTHING STARTS WITH YOU???? Siguele dando Mami???? Also me after 4 kids???????????? You are in control of your own actions.. you want change? You gotta make a change. It starts with YOU, you have to be the one willing to put in the work.. no one is going to save you but yourself???? I get asked all the time how is it possible that I look the way I do and have 4 kids, it’s all in the daily work and habits.. even when life is heavy know that I will keep showing up for myself & you should too????????????

Life lately… gym pumps, good food, good things and most importantly good mental health????
