Visited one of my favourite lifestyle cafés for a 2-night-only, 6-course tasting menu, a collaboration between The Grey @thegreydxb (Al Khawaneej) and Burnt Butter @brntbutr by Chef Khaled @khaleds.uae The flavours were bold and beautifully balanced. My favourites were the steak, prawns, and the churros for dessert. Dubai has no shortage of amazing restaurants, so picking a favourite is never easy. Recently, @bardespres.dubai by Chef Cyril Lignac @cyril_lignac has made its way to the top of my list. Chic, vibey, and perfect for dinner. I sat at the sushi counter, a great spot for two, and loved it. Last night at the Museum of the Future, I had the chance to attend Building Dubai’s Next Unicorns— an inspiring evening focused on shaping the next chapter of Dubai’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. It was incredible to see @dubaidet @dubaichambers and @endeavor_global come together to launch a bold new partnership, one that sets the stage for innovation, growth, and the rise of the region’s next unicorns. As a founder building a global travel platform, it was energizing to hear how Dubai is doubling down on supporting high-growth startups — especially those with a vision to scale globally.
