Ingredients: For the seasoning: • 2 tsp smoked paprika • 2tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • ½ tsp salt • ½ tsp black pepper For the chicken marinade: • 2 eggs • 1 tbsp sriracha For coating: • 60g crushed cornflakes For the hot honey garlic sauce: • 1 tbsp butter • 4 garlic cloves (minced) • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp smoked paprika • 1 tbsp honey • 4 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste) • 2–3 tbsp water For the cheesy dip (optional but delicious!): • Soy cream (or heavy cream) • Gouda cheese • Salt to taste • Dried parsley ????Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F). 2. Season chicken with the spice mix. 3. In a bowl, whisk eggs + sriracha. 4. Dip chicken into the egg mix, then coat with crushed cornflakes. 5. Chicken Noodle Soup ???? ????Ingredients • 2 large chicken breasts • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp butter • 1 onion, chopped • 2 celery stalks, diced • 2 carrots, sliced • 2 medium potatoes, cubed • 120 g grated Parmesan + optional extra for serving • 1 bay leaf • 1 cup heavy cream (about 240 ml) • Juice of half a lemon + extra for serving • Fresh parsley, chopped • 300 g egg noodles Seasoning: • Paprika • Chili flakes or powder (optional) • Garlic powder • Onion powder • Dried oregano Optional toppings: • Olive oil • Extra Parmesan • Fresh parsley • Lemon juice • Black pepper • Chili flakes ⸻ Instructions 1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and a little chili. 2. In a large pot, heat olive oil and butter, then brown the chicken on both sides. Remove and set aside. 3. In the same pot, add onion, celery, and carrots. Sauté for 5–7 minutes. 4. Add water (enough to barely cover the vegetables) and simmer for 15 minutes. 5. Add potatoes, Parmesan, and bay leaf, then simmer another 10 minutes until vegetables are tender. 6. Remove the chicken and shred it (with a fork or an electric mixer. 7. In another bowl, place crushed cornflakes.
