A week I will never forget. Documenting @sarah_ruggins as she broke the world record for cycling the length of the UK and back has been an incredible privilege. As I write this on the journey home, I’m struggling to put it into words. This woman is not human. She’s bionic or something - she must be tested. Only Sarah would be able to rally a whole team of people to come with her on this insane journey, including my work wife @alexistymon , who, in classic form, became an indispensable part of the crew almost instantly. What’s even more unreal is how she managed everything whilst heavily pregnant. This woman is also not human. A huge amount of love to @hullbailey and @sambebbs who signed up to work all day and night with us, crammed in a van together and having to put up with my shit chat for the last 9 days - bigger achievement than Sarah’s tbh. Here are some snippets from the road. SARAH, YOU HERO, YOU DID IT!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Same spots, new colours. I’ve been filming these quiet corners of the countryside over the past year, returning to the same locations as the seasons shift. It’s part of a longer project I’m slowly piecing together, but for now, here’s another little glimpse of that slow, gentle change. #seasons #countryside #cotswolds

????TO HAVE OR TO HOLD???? in a world that feels…fragile…what can we learn from nature’s hidden relationships…how symbiosis threads together this one extraordinary life? this film is my ode to nature - and the necessary challenge that comes with writing about her as she must be written It’s been the most rewarding experience to create with @alexistymon and @bencrockerfilms from @sourcyfilm - and bring the message of my new book and wilder weirder darker world of symbiosis to spectacular life. I cannot thank them enough for such a sublime execution of vision, and feel beyond lucky to have experienced the brain bouncing disco of their immense storytelling talent. Who knew trying to make a semi-serious film could be so. much. fun. ❗️ONE MONTH UNTIL PUBLICATION❗️and ‘to have or to hold’ (in book form!!) is yours!! If you like the look/sound/feel of this then take it as your cue to????pre-order???? and help make symbiosis a weird wild THING ???????????? All the links you need in my bio ???????? (PS. watch again with headphones in ???????? incredible work by @gotmoves.co!!)

One of the biggest things I’ve noticed after moving back to the countryside, especially after living in the city for so long, is how much more aware I am of the seasons changing. Over the past year, I’ve been documenting little scenes from my local area, filming the exact same spots in every season. I’m still figuring out how to share these, whether as one long film or something else, but for now, get ready for some wholesome AF content as I start to drip-feed you snippets of countryside life in the coming months. #seasons #cotswolds

For Asma Khan, the monsoon isn’t just a season - it’s the feeling of her childhood. It’s the feeling of dancing with her father, it’s every recipe she grew up eating in a home full of an endless stream of people who came to eat there everyday because the food was just so good. The Kolkata born chef made us all fall in love with her in 2019 when she was the first British chef to feature on Chef’s Table, sharing the story of her move to England and how she founded Darjeeling Express, her award-winning London restaurant composed entirely of women, most of whom have had no professional culinary training and are from immigrant or disadvantaged backgrounds. We met her in December to film for the launch of her new book “Monsoon” and we present this short piece telling you more about the book and her love of the rain. One of those very excellent projects we feel very lucky to have worked on. Monsoon is out in March // @asmakhanlondon

BONNIE. A project we’ve been so excited to talk about all year finally comes out in the world next week. In February of this year, we flew to Taichung to meet a legend of the bike industry, Bonnie Tu. Bonnie is the 74 year old founder of @livcycling , the only brand in the world that makes bikes exclusively for women. During that week we got a glimpse into the wave of change that Bonnie has inspired and supported in her near 50 year career but also the sheer magnetism of her charisma and character. We can’t wait to tell you more about this very special project and the film that’s come out of it. The full trailer drops next week and in the meantime… here are some teasers and behind the scenes of the principal shoot that took place in Taiwan. We’ve put our hearts and souls into this one and can’t wait to tell you more about it soon. STAY TUNED. #BONNIE #ASOURCYFILM #shortfilm
