A flower doesn’t wait to be told when to bloom, it simply blooms ⠀ ?I read this quote today and it got me thinking just how often we wait to be told it’s ok for us to bloom. That its ok for us to love who we love. That its ok for us to express ourselves how we want to express ourselves. That its ok to dream of a life not spent in the shadows. That its ok for us to be. us ⠀ ?In a world that is constantly trying to repress us, to put us back inside the box we have spent our lives trying to break out of, be like a flower. & bloom.
