I know some of you may know Jesus and if you don’t, I believe He knows you...all of you...and ardently loves you more than you can imagine. He thinks you are precious, beautiful, and valuable. He sees you are fighting, knows your hurts, understands your hopes, worries, dreams and fears. And He is so obsessed with you...to give up everything to be with you forever....if you just choose Him back. That’s my only message to you this Easter Sunday. It’s egg hunting time! Max and Ella both had a blast hunting eggs at school. Ella had absolutely no sense of urgency getting her eggs...she was supposed to just find 12 but when she came upon one, she literally would open it to check the contents. No yellow starburst for Carole Baskins! And Max had his outside in freezing cold wind. All the parents were rushing the kids because we were frigid. At a certain point the parents would find an egg and just call out the number for the kid to come running ?. Even though it wasn’t the exact way we all imagine the picturesque Easter tradition- it was super fun and I am always so grateful for the community, teachers and friends we have here ❤️❤️❤️

Well this happened. ?. We finally pulled the trigger on the chainsaw and cut down the tree that was planted way too close to the house. I am now taking applications for anyone that wants to lay sod or is down for landscape design ?. Seriously...any recommendations how we can make this front part look a little more profesh? Hey - you should never trust a tree....they are shady ???. Jeremy has been limbing up the trees in the front because it’s time for them to leave. Years ago we had an arborist come and cut them back but they both have grown to the point of damaging the house so it’s time to say bye! It’s slow going because we aren’t doing it all at once though....soooo yeah....things are looking weird.
