Last month was a really hard one. So many things happened in a matter of weeks, from losing my grandma, to health issues within our family (thankfully everyone is fine now), to things unexpectedly changing within my role as a CEO which led to me resigning suddenly. My life flipped upside down over night. I was faced with many emotions and here is what I have been reminded of through it all.. 1. Do I really trust God? Not the kind of trust that sings the worship songs on a Sunday morning, but the kind of trust in God that goes deep when things look hopeless and bleak. 2. Nothing is certain in this life. Things can change in a moments notice. 3. Live below your means. If you asked me two months ago if my job was secure I would have said 100%. I am so incredibly thankful that we lived below our means and had savings. 4. Be true to you. Know your values and never compromise them. Be authentic in all things. 5. God has to be our anchor in this life. Not status, not titles, not money, not our health. It has to be Him and Him alone. 6. Don’t let money control you. I don’t know what tomorrow holds, but I know who holds my tomorrow and He is ALWAYS good. ???????? I hope this encourages someone to keep holding on to hope. ????

Leaders — here’s a powerful question to start asking your team. It might seem simple, but it’s often overlooked. As leaders, we’re usually moving fast — focused on execution, momentum, and results. But in the middle of all that, we can forget to pause and ask: “What are your thoughts?” This small question can unlock big things — ownership, buy-in, and renewed excitement. Try it. Watch what happens. #Leadership #LeadWell #TeamCulture #ServantLeadership #LeadershipDevelopment #PeopleFirst #WorkCulture #LeadershipTips #GrowYourTeam #BusinessLeadership #LeadershipMatters #BuildTheTeam #EmpowerOthers #TeamSuccess #MindfulLeadership

Happy Resurrection Day! ✝️ I’m forever grateful for the cross and all that today represents. If you’re walking through a challenging season, don’t lose hope. Remember, what looks dead and beyond saving is not the end of the story. There’s a Resurrection Day coming, one more powerful, more beautiful, and more full of life than you can imagine. Hold on, God is still writing your story. ????

Happy Birthday to the man who completely stole my heart (and still hasn’t given it back). The one who stays optimistic no matter the situation, who our kids absolutely adore, who makes us feel safe, seen, and loved every single day. You’re the most strategic, detailed, and thoughtful person I know—and the one who believes in me, champions me, and stands beside me in all things. Your love for Jesus and commitment to Him is inspiring. Loving you is the easiest thing in the world—and being yours is the biggest gift of all. We are crazy proud to call you ours. You make 42 look good! ????

As a leader, one of the most powerful things you can do for those who lead under you is to trust them with decisions. Stop holding all the reins. Allow them to bring their strengths, their knowledge, and their unique voices to the table. Empower them to make choices and watch the team thrive. Leadership isn’t about control; it’s about growth and trust. ???????? #Leadership #Empowerment #Trust #Teamwork
