ad I’m OBSESSED with satay sauce, and these high-protein chicken skewers were incredible ???? 572 calories per portion | 41g protein, 22g fat, 49g carbs 100ml Light Coconut Milk 1 tbsp Peanut Butter 1 tbsp Red Curry Paste 2 tbsp Soy Sauce .5 tbsp White Rice Vinegar 120g Uncooked Diced Chicken Breast 120g White Rice + I used some parsley and chillis to garnish (optional!) Step-by-step: 1. To make your sauce, add your peanut butter, curry paste, coconut milk, soy sauce and vinegar and mix until smooth. 2. Add half of the sauce to a separate bowl for dipping. 3. With the other half, use it as a marinade for your chicken. PS. The longer you marinate it, the nicer it will taste! 4. Add your skewers into an air-fryer at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway. 5. Serve with rice (or noodles!) and garnish. Enjoy! PS.
