My newest interpretation of matzah ball soup! Chicken, many root vegetables; potatoes, onions, turnips,celery, carrots, herbs… Cover with water and cook together for 2-3 hours. Then, I removed all of the veggies (leaving some carrots) and pureed them… I Returned the vegetable puree back to the soup and simmered for about 15 minutes for that creamy consistency… I cannot believe how delicious this chicken soup was! ???????????? #soup #creative #classic

Short rib recipe (inspired by my baby @michaelapodo ) … Salt & sear 4 lbs of ribs in olive oil… remove and sautee 4 carrots, 4 stalks of celery , 1 garlic, 1 large yellow onion. (About 10 mins). Add 1/4 cup of tomato paste and mix together brilliant melted in… Add 2 cups of broth, 2 cups of red wine ; place ribs side by side in the the crockpot. Cover each piece thoroughly and add a few sprigs of thyme, parsley and bay leaves on top… cover tightly and place in a preheated oven on •275 for 4 hours… the delicious aroma fills my home with such a special, most magical, holiday feeling … ????✡️❤️????
