It feels like we went from the present to the future. Caught in between the merge of the natural and artificial worlds. I’m not one to follow trends. As an artist i create them. So instinctively I question everything flowing through mainstream society. Why are we so quick to want to move in the direction of AI? A synthetic replica of the knowledge the earth has given us. We’re so intrigued to see something new and immediately follow without considering the consequences. We need to be more honest with ourselves. We’ve become too insecure to even view ourselves without a filter. We would rather morph the idea of what we want to look like into an avatar/ cartoon version of ourselves. Is this modern fulfillment or a tactic to keep the ego alive? Baited by the thought of becoming rich off cyber space and intangible worlds. Instead of focusing our attention on the real one. The one that is sustaining your life and connection to the infinite. How far will evolution take us till we realize we want to go back to the beginning? I haven’t really taken this project anywhere yet but am allowing it to take me places i didn’t know i needed:) so before i jump on the nft/ crypto wave I’m creating and enhancing the world within myself. Collaborating with new artists who understand the value in balancing nature and technology rather than giving it access to overcome our own existence. when it makes sense to me i will release but for now it is in the worx. ⚖️

My takeaway from 2021 is realizing that overcoming difficulty isn’t so much about having the strength people praise you for, but rather the perseverance. As strength is not always present when facing adversity. ????wishing us all a healthy new year!
