?♥️ My sister received roses last week and the yellow one was dedicated to my mom ?
Today we noticed that all of the other roses had withered away whilst the yellow one remained standing ?
My sister and I see it as another affirmation... one of many we’ve received these past few weeks lol.
My mom is healing and doing better everyday. Her doctors are excited about her and her recovery and we can’t explain how that feels. We prayed about this for weeks and now that time is here it feels surreal lol. Like did we really hear the doctor say “recovery” ?♥️♥️. Did we really hear him sound excited ! Lolll ♥️ It’s been such a difficult and painful experience. We’re still praying everyday and don’t plan on stopping. So many amazing things have happened this week.
For those who haven’t been affected by Covid and don’t care.... please consider who you are hurting. If only you understood how painful this experience is... you would do the right thing. When I was sick, I was afraid. My mom had gotten really sick and I started to fear for my own life. My symptoms started to become worse and think it was because of the stress. My body was now trying to fight off this virus on top of extreme stress. I actually didn’t start improving until I calmed down, prayed and left the rest to God. I let everything go and had faith that everything will be taken care of. This experience is terrifying and
It forces you to think about your own mortality. This entire thing forces you to appreciate life and what life was before this even happened. So many things I wish I never took for granted. This experience changes you. I feel no fear now. I’m not afraid anymore...I’m excited.
I’m excited to see my mom once she’s able to leave the hospital. I’m excited to talk to her. I’m excited for life. I’m excited for all of the amazing things coming into my life. I’m excited for my mom’s second chance. ♥️

Today I woke up to this beautiful flower arrangement from my boyfriend @henrybrintoncoxe ♥️
There’s a long story behind it lol but I’ll just say It was a wonderful surprise.
My sis @bkcurlygirl helped keep it a surprise and for that I am grateful. They both made my day lol. I kinda wish I didn’t look like a hag when I answered the door but it was 8am and I was between sleep and wake ???♥️. Today is a special day... even though I celebrate moms everyday. I’m so incredibly blessed to have Maggie in my life. She’s my everything. Hopefully she doesn’t give me too much trouble on my special day lolll.
We wish our mom could be home with us celebrating but I know she’s dreaming of amazing things while she’s in the hospital fighting. She’s getting the best care possible and we’re so blessed and grateful for that. We are so delighted to hear people praying for my mom. It means the world to us. We’ve been praying everyday and we’ve received so many blessings this week.
I think my favorite Mother’s Day gift of all was hearing the doctors expect my mom to make a full recovery.... ♥️

I plan to be a better person towards myself. Be kinder to myself. Develop complete self acceptance. Remind myself everyday that I am enough ?. My depression gets the best of me somedays, weeks and months. I plan to try to find tools to handle it better and feel better about myself. I have so many things planned but that is the one thing I want more than anything else. There are so many things that I have put on hold because of it and battling with anxiety on the side just makes it so much harder. This year I want to get better so that I can be a better person towards myself and my family. ? Happy 2020! ?

Hi everyone,
Last night, heaven gained another angel...Our Mom♥️
She fought so hard and we are so proud of her. Right now I can not explain how much pain we are in. I can’t explain how heartbreaking this is. She was so loved and so amazing. She was the perfect mother and I just can’t wait to see her again. I already miss her so much. I don’t know how to move past this pain and right now it’s hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel. I really don’t know what to do with my life now or how to even keep living. It’s hard. I don’t have any words to explain how hard this is. She had a lot of life left to live but I know my mother was tired. She wanted peace and I’m trying to find happiness in knowing that she’s with God and with others that she loved. She was so wonderful. I wish everyone in the world knew how wonderful she was. My mom was a MS survivor and we prayed that she would be a Covid survivor as well. Sadly that was not in Gods plan and I’m trying to accept it. I don’t know where life goes from here. Right now I’m just trying to get through the hours. Thank you so much for your prayers and now I ask that everyone would pray for me and my family. Please pray that we get through this. I miss you so much mommy. You are so brave and I just can’t wait to see you again ♥️
