Happy thanksgiving! Our first real family outing yesterday as a fam of 4! Apart from some baby cries in the car, it was pretty seamless. Laurel was so excited to see the barn and the animals that she’s been reading about in books. I was excited to pick/eat apples. It was a perfect sunny day. Aunty Bianca and Grandma “Mamère” came with and we had Apple donuts and I panic ordered a poutine while the breastfeeding hunger kicked in ????. Vincent was chilling in his most stylish @artipoppe carrier and the outing was a success! I can’t believe I’m able to do this not even 3 weeks postpartum ( maybe the second time is a faster recovery?). I have to be careful not to push it but I’m feeling good so far. Hormones are still adjusting and we’re figuring out the swing of things. I’m grateful for my village helping me through this transition. ❤️❤️❤️
