My recent experience in fine dining at @chinesologyhk in Hong Kong truly was an amazing eye opener! This Halal Chinese restaurant serves authentic Cantonese food in the most classy fashion! The food is served uniquely and the ambience is simply incredible. The food is so delicious that we can still remember the taste till today. Lamb Rendang Buns anyone? When I was in Hong Kong last July, I saw many shops selling Char Siew Bao but since I prefer a baked version , I decided to make my own Halal version of Lamb Rendang Buns (i prefer lamb to chicken meat) But this bun is too delicious to eat alone lah so I am going to share a step by step tutorial via Livestream at 8pm on Friday, 10th Oct 2025 on my TikTok (Chef Siti Shop) and FB Chef Siti Mastura Yes you heard it right!
